MUSCLE ACTIVATION TECHNIQUES
Depending on your presenting condition, you might be prescribed 1-2 muscle activation techniques to do at home. This will take approx 3 minutes and is usually performed once per day. By continuing to do the muscle activation techniques daily at home, this forms part of the re-education process needed to prevent your symptoms from reoccurring.
The muscle activation techniques are simple to do and require minimal effort. Three minutes once a day is a small price to resolve pain and dysfunction!
